Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Shoes must not show signs of wear or have been worn outdoors
  • All tags and protective coverings must still be attached

Important Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on flats and hands-free slip-ins unless they are faulty or not as described. These items are exempt from our standard returns policy.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
  2. Complete the Returns Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Wait for approval – we will email you within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package your return securely in the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship your return to our Sheffield address using a trackable shipping service

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except in cases of faulty items)
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item (including defective light-up shoes or manufacturing flaws in our athletic trainers), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.
